Brooklyn Art Library at 28 Frost Street in Brooklyn, New York is hosting its second exhibit of hundreds of linked drawings. The theme this time is "Creatures" and my drawing of Sqwimmey will be a part of this event.
Sqwimmey is based on a larval form of a real squid, Thysanoteuthis rhombus. He is drawn in water-soluble colored pencil. You can see him from Thursday, October 24 through Monday, October 28. Exhibit hours are Thursday, Friday, and Monday from 10a.m. to 6p.m. Saturday and Sunday hours are 12p.m. to 6p.m.
